29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) On or about 03/02/17 in the molding area; employees were exposed to being caught between moving parts while performing service and maintenance on injection mold machines, such as but not limited to, barrel changing, slid removal, working between the molds, removing and installing the molds, removing the injector rods, when the employer did not develop a written procedure to control the energy sources of this equipment. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
