29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Rockwood Apartments, Route 40, Bear, DE-On or about February 28, 2017, the employer failed to provide fall protection training to employees exposed to a fall hazard while working on balconies and framing buildings at heights ranging approximately between 9 and 18 feet above grade.
