29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels:   On or about March 15, 2017, in the plant production area, where employees were exposed to noise hazard without a continuing, effective audiometric testing program in place:  a) The trim machine C16 (Trim Press Kard TRP30-4) machine operator was exposed to a noise level of 87.11 dBA during a 400 minutes sampling period on March 15, 2017.  b) The Zinc furnace and trim machine C16 (Trim Press Kard TRP30-4) machine operator was exposed to a noise level of 87.92 dBA during a 385 minutes sampling period on March 15, 2017.  c) The Zink parts washer machine S17 (Washer Machine Almco PWRD 24-48G) machine operator was exposed to a noise level of 92.43 dBA during a 334 minutes sampling period on March 15, 2017.
