29 CFR 1926.1412(d)(1)(x): 29 CFR 1926.1412(d)(1)(x): The employer failed to inspect ground conditions around the equipment for proper support, including ground settling under and around outriggers/stabilizers and supporting foundations, ground water accumulation, or similar conditions: (a) On or about February 27, 2017, on the east side of building E1, the employer did not ensure ground conditions around a LinkBelt, RTI 80100, 100-ton crane were inspected exposing at least one employee to a tip-over hazard. b) On or about February 27, 2017, on the east side of building E1, the employer did not ensure ground conditions around a LinkBelt, RTI 80100, 100-ton crane were inspected exposing employees to a crushed-by hazard.
