29 CFR 1926.1425(a): 29 CFR 1926.1425(a): Where available, hoisting routes that minimize the exposure of employees to hoisted loads were not used, to the extent consistent with public safety. On or about March 2, 2017, employees were lowering a MRI magnet into a metal storage container and one employee was standing directly under the crane's boom and another was standing under the load block. This condition exposed employee to overhead struck-by-hazards.
