29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):  Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:   At the residential construction site located at 1744 Aberdeen in Lees Summit, Missouri:  Employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard.  Employees were exposed to eye injury while using a Hibachi brand pneumatic nail gun without eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):   Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a)  NOTE TO CSHO: USE THIS OPTION ONLY IN CASES WHERE THE INFEASIBILITY/GREATER HAZARD EXCEPTION IS NOT IN ISSUE.  At the residential construction site located at 1744 Aberdeen in Lees Summit, Missouri:  Employees were performing framing operations at an elevated height of approximately 22-24 feet without any means of fall protection by way of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14): Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached), where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening is less than 39 inches (1.0 M) above the walking/working surface, is not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.  At the residential construction site located at 1744 Aberdeen in Lees Summit, Missouri:  Employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working next to wall openings.  The outside bottom edge of the wall opening was approximately 10 feet above lower levels of the walking/working surface, without any means of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1):  Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:  At the residential construction site located at 1744 Aberdeen in Lees Summit, Missouri:  Employees were exposed to serious slip, trip and fall hazards.  Employees were exposed to fall hazards while using stairways from the first floor to the second floor. The stairway lacked at least one handrail, and one stairrail system along the unprotected side or edge.
