29 CFR 1910.303(b)(3): Insulation Integrity. Complete wiring installations were not free from short circuits and from grounds. On or about March 01, 2017 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards where electrical conductors supplying power to a dish washer made contact with and energized the washer unit.
