29 CFR 1910.1096(e)(6)(i): Container(s) in which a quantity of any radioactive material (other than natural uranium or thorium) greater than the quantity of such material specified in Appendix C to 10 CFR part 20 was transported, stored or used, did not bear a durable, clearly visible label bearing the radiation caution symbol described in 29 CFR 1910.1096(e)(1) and the words "CAUTION RADIOACTIVE MATERIALS": (a) On or prior to 3/2/17, a steel shipping container used for storage of a radioactive material (scrap metal bale containing a luminescent aircraft instrument dial) emitting radiation at a dose of approximately 0.040 millirems per hour was not labeled.
