29 CFR 1960.66(b): Federal agency injury and illness recording and reporting shall comply with the requirements under 29 CFR 1904, subparts C, D, E, and G, except that the definition of "establishment" found in 29 CFR 1960.2(h) will remain applicable to Federal agencies. 29 CFR 1904.32(b)(5) reference: A copy of the employer's annual summary of injuries and illnesses recorded on the OSHA 300 log was not posted in a conspicuous place or places where notices to employees are customarily posted. Employees engaged in call center activities in building nine were not provided a posted OSHA 300A summary of work related injuries and illnesses for calendar year 2016.
