On or about March 3, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential construction operations working from the roof installing house wrap, approximately ten (10) feet above the ground, were not protected from falling, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. b. On or about March 3, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential construction operations working near skylights, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
