On or about Friday, June 10, 2016 at 264-11 60th Avenue, Little Neck, NY 11362 Employees working on a residential rooftop approximately fifteen (15) feet above the lower level installing waterproofing paper were not protected from falling to the lower level. EUROPEAN DECO INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.501(b)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1096387, CITATION NUMBER 02, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 03/11/2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 252-79 LEITH ROAD, LITTLE NECK, NY 11362. On or about Friday, June 10, 2016 at 264-11 60th Avenue, Little Neck, NY 11362 The employer failed to provide employees exposed to a fall hazard of approximately fifteen (15) feet to the lower level while installing waterproofing paper on a residential rooftop effective training and information to identify fall hazards.
