29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: Patio Door Line, Zero Scrap Saw - The guard covering the infeed and outfeed cutting blades was not designed and constructed to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle. On 2/27/17 an employee contacted the rotating infeed blade resulting in an amputation of part of their right ring finger.
