Jerusalem Carting Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 962558, citation number 1, item number 3 issued on 3/19/14 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/13/14, with respect to a workplace located at 47-28 11th St. in Long Island City, NY. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
