29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: Employees engaged in, but not limited to, stocking, cleaning and/or other job tasks in the back storage room south of the restrooms were exposed to fire hazards in that the exit door on the east wall was allowed to be locked with a padlock and key.
