29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Protection was not provided to avoid damage to flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring. On or about March 02, 2017 at 21875 Buford Highway, Cumming, Georgia: employees using temporary flexible cords to power portable electrical hand tools and charge a scissor lift were exposed to an electrical shock hazard; in that the cords were subjected to damaged when permitted to run through metal stud walls.
