On or about 3/7/17, on site, for employees that were provided with a 1/2 mask Survivair Respirator with a T05P100 Sperian Cartridge. The employees use the respirator when working with acids and/or when cleaning Aluminum foil substrates with 99% Ethanol. The employer provides the respirator on a voluntary basis. The employer failed to implement training on respiratory protection for the users of respirators.   b). The employees use the respirator when filling the squirt bottles with 99% Ethanol. The employer provides the respirator on a voluntary basis. The employer failed to implement training on respiratory protection for the users of respirators.
