29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) Stock Room, Right door leading to exterior of building: On or about March 03, 2017, employees were exposed to fire hazards due to the exit door/route being blocked by clothing that was hanging from a trolley system. b) Stock Room, Left door leading to exterior of building: On or about March 03, 2017, employees were exposed to fire hazards due to the exit door/route being blocked by clothing that was hanging on mobile clothes rack stands. c) Stock Room, Left corner exit door leading to main building: On or about March 03, 2017, employees were exposed to fire hazards due to the exit door/route being blocked by clothing that was hanging from a trolley system. d) Main Building, Left exit door leading to exterior of building: On or about March 03, 2017, employees were exposed to fire hazards due to the exit door/route being blocked by carts of clothing that was being received. Outside the door, the stairway landing was obstructed with clothing that was tossed on the ground.

29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: a) Circuit panel "H3": On or about March 03, 2017, employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards, when the circuit legend indicated a circuit breaker located at 43-45-47 but the location was empty. b) Circuit panel "H3": On or about March 03, 2017, employees were exposed to a fire and electrical hazards, when the branch circuit legend indicated a circuit breaker located at 49-51-53 but the location was empty. c) Circuit panel "H3": On or about March 03, 2017, employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards, when the branch circuit legend indicated a circuit breaker located at 55-57-59 but the location was empty. d) Circuit panel "H3": On or about March 03, 2017, employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards, when the branch circuit legend indicated a circuit breaker located at 61-63-65 but the location was empty. e) Circuit panel "H3": On or about March 03, 2017, employees were exposed to a fire and electrical hazards, when the branch circuit legend indicated a circuit breaker located at 67-69-71 but the location was empty. f) Circuit panel "H3": On or about March 03, 2017, employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards, when the branch circuit legend indicated circuit breaker location 8-10-12 to be empty, but it was a disconnection device at that location.
