29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about March 2nd, 2017 employees were exposed to up to a 32 foot fall hazard while securing floor trusses next to an unprotected edge without the benefit of fall protection at the Homewood Suites in the vicinity of 805 East Beacon Drive in West Fargo, North Dakota. Note: The company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1008397, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/29/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 32nd Avenue North & Old Highway 81 in Fargo, ND 58102
