On or about 03/01/2017 employees were exposed to amputations and other hazardous conditions while utilizing a circular table saw that was not equipped with protective guards; which the manufacture assembled to prevent employees from exposing them to portions of the saw blade and to prevent any materials that are being cut from having the ability to kick back striking the operator or other employees near or close to the hazardous operation.
