29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:   At the residential construction site located at 9126 W. 178th Ter., Overland Park, Kansas; Employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to dermal, and inhalation hazards from exposure to hazardous chemicals in that the employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program to ensure that employees were aware of the hazards associated with the chemicals with which they work.  Hazardous materials used at the site included but were not limited to Grip Rite Subfloor Construction Adhesive.

29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:    At the jobsite located at 9126 W. 178th Ter., Overland Park, Kansas; Employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to an electrical shock and burn hazards in the following instances:  A) The 100 ft. orange and black flexible extension cord providing power to the 4 way distribution box had exposed conductors. B) The 100 ft. Yellow flexible extension cord providing power to the SKILSAW circular saw SPT 77 WML had exposed conductors.
