29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:      (a)  1739-2101 Oakwood Drive, Hanover, PA - Employees were observed working in a trench 15 feet deep without head protection, thereby exposing employees to head injuries from falling rock and dirt, on or about March 8, 2017.     No abatement certification or documentation required.

(a)  1739-2101 Oakwood Drive, Hanover, PA - Employees entered a trench 15 feet deep that was not provided with sloping and benching system or a supported system, shield system, or other protective systems thereby exposing employees to a trench collapsed, on or about March 8, 2017.     No abatement certification or documentation required.
