They employer failed to furnish Fall Protection Equipment to its employees while they were performing framing construction activities at a height of 9 feet. The Rednelos Builders, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 986566, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/15/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 84 Sisson Rd, South Glens Falls, NY .
