29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe, were not taken out of service until it has been restored to safe operating condition: a) Furnace Department - On or about March 8, 2017, the employer did not ensure that the Nissan forklift 50, #13, Model #P102A2, which had broken front and rear light covers and was missing two rubber foot pedal covers, was removed from service until repairs could be made.
