29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a. On or about March 7, 2017, an employee working from a Genie lift to water proof a three-story home was not wearing a body belt and lanyard attached to the basket. He was being exposed to a 35 feet fall hazard.
