The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated a. On or about 11/12/2015, at Strand II, building II - personal fall protection was not attached to the basket anchor point by an employee while conducting wood finishing details from an aerial lift, exposing the worker to a 16 feet 10 inch fall hazard.
