29 CFR 1910.147(f)(2)(i): When outside servicing personnel were engaged in activities in a facility, the onsite employer and the outside employer did not inform each other of their respective lockout or tagout procedures: a) Fryer Machine: On or about March 9, 2017 and times prior, The employer exposed employees to amputation hazards in that they did not coordinate their lockout tagout procedures with Packers Sanitation Services Inc., for machinery such as: the stein thermofin fryer and dumplers while employees were performing sanitation.
