29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) RX87 Boom Aerial Lift Truck: On or about March 8, 2017, and at times prior; the employer allowed two employees to work from an elevated aerial lift basket installing a sign without fall protection exposing the employees to a fall hazard of up to 30 feet to concrete ground below. b) RX87 Boom Aerial Lift Truck: On or about March 9, 2017, and at times prior; the employer allowed an employee to work from an elevated aerial lift basket installing a sign without fall protection exposing the employees to a fall hazard of up to 19 feet to concrete ground below.
