29 CFR 1910.110(h)(6)(ii)(b): Containers were not protected by crash rails or guards to prevent physical damage and they were not protected by virtue of their location: a) Outside forklift refueling area, on or about and at times prior to March 7, 2017, the employer stored a portable above ground 330 gallon liquid propane gas tank in an area where it was exposed to impact from occasional vehicular traffic such as forklifts and automobiles, exposing employees to a possible BLEVE fire, burns, and struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: a) Loading Area, on or about, and at times prior to March 7, 2017, employees were allowed to work with plant compressed air in conjunction with hand held air guns (Model CEJN 208) that did not meet the standard in that the air guns with the air wand attached did not reduce the air as required, exposing employees to skin and blood vessel infiltration hazards.

OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard: a) Throughout the shop area, on or about, and at times prior to March 7, 2017, employees used compressed air to supply air to pneumatic tools, and equipment. The compressed air was transported through unprotected schedule 40, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe, exposing employees to struck-by and laceration hazards.
