29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: a) Office-Break Room - Employees in the break room were exposed to electrical hazards from an old General Electric "Instant Heat" without a grounding pin, on or about February 14th, 2017. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
