Dipping Room - On or about March 09, 2017, An employee dipped statuettes into Black Lacquer, a flammable liquid with a flashpoint of -4 degrees Fahrenheit and left them dry in the area.  Employees were exposed to fire and burn hazards from electrical lights used in the area which were not rated for use in hazardous locations.    b. Dipping Room - On or about March 09, 2017, An employee dipped statuettes into Black Lacquer, a flammable liquid with a flashpoint of -4 degrees Fahrenheit and left them dry in the area.  Employees were exposed to fire and burn hazards from an electrical power switch which was not rated for use in hazardous locations.     Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
