On or about March 9, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential construction operations on the outside top plate, grater than twenty-five (25) feet above the ground, were not protected from falling, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.    b.  On or about March 9, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential construction operations next to window, door openings on the second and third floor, twelve (12') feet two (2") inches and twenty-two (22') feet three (3") inches above the ground, were not protected from falling, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.    c.   On or about March 9, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential carpentry operations nest to wall openings on the second and third floor, eight (8') feet above the lower level, were not protected from falling, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
