29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. Building 12, employees were exposed to a 30 foot fall hazard,, in that, fall protection was not utilized during truss installation and wood bracing installation, on or about 03/08/2017. b. Building 12, employees were exposed to a 9 foot fall hazard, in that, access from the ground to the second floor was through an open-sided breezeway landing, on or about 03/08/2017. c. Building 12, employees were exposed to an 18 foot fall hazard, in that, balconies on the second and third floors were open sided, on or about 03/08/2017. d. Building 12, employees were exposed to a 9 foot fall hazard, in that, access from the second floor to the third floor was through a floor hole which did not have railings installed, on or about 03/08/2017. e. Building 12, employees were exposed to an 18 foot fall hazard, in that, windows on the second and third floors were not provided with a railing system as required, on or about 03/08/2017.
