29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, model or make) was used: (a) On or about February 28, 2017, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that employees wearing full - face negative pressure respirators with P100 filters during asbestos removal in a NPE were fit tested with the make, model, and size of respirator they were using for the tasks. Abatement note: Abatement certification is required for this item (See Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
