Building 11, employees were exposed to a 30 foot fall hazard, in that, no fall protection was used during roofing work, on a roof with a pitch of 5 to 12, on or about 03/08/2017.   James Shelton Roofing, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1009550, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/20/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 2601-2639 NW 13th Street, Gainesville, FL 32601.
