29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw was not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: a) Jobsite - On or about 3/09/17, the employer did not ensure that the automatically adjusting hood which completely encloses the portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut was in place prior to being used by employees thus exposing the employees to amputation/laceration hazards. An employee received a hand laceration when it came into contact with the rotating blade of the table saw.
