29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been  taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s):     a) At the Warehouse #5, on or about and at times prior to March 10, 2017, the employer allowed employees to operate a Toyota propane forklift (Model: 7FGCU25 S/N: 80868) with missing rubber and severe cracks on the edge of the tires, exposing employees to crush-by and struck-by hazards.     JIT Warehousing & Logistics, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1186409, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 29, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 300 Telfair Rd., Savannah, Georgia.    JIT Warehousing & Logistics, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1139010, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on July 12, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 300 Telfair Rd., Savannah, Georgia.
