The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated a) Jobsite, on or about March 10, 2017, employees were working from an articulating work platform Model: JLG E450AJ S/N 0300159818, without adequate fall protection in that employees were not wearing a harness with lanyard attached, resulting in a fall hazard up to 17 feet.
