On 3/10/17, an employee using steam to clean a filter press pump in Oleo area, was burned when steam was release from an adjacent steam line connected to the same main valve.      b) Building 2 - Vanilla Roasting area    Signs or tags were not used as a means to prevent burns to employees exposed to the accidental release of steam at a station which required the employees to observe the position of multiple separate valves before operating steam.    c) Building 2 - Wash area    Signs or tags were not used as a means to prevent burns to employees exposed to the accidental release of steam at a station which required the employees to observe the position of multiple separate valves before operating steam.      Condition observed on or about 3/10/2017
