29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    (a) northwest portion of building on jobsite - employees were exposed to an 11ft,4in fall hazard when performing roofing work on the 5:12 sloped roof without fall protection; observed on or about 3/7/2017.     Latite Roofing and Sheet Metal, LLC was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1169898, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/22/2017 as a Serious violation, with respect to a workplace located at 4510 El Mar Drive Fort Lauderdale, FL 33302.      Latite Roofing and Sheet Metal, LLC was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1076263, citation number 1, item number 1, which was reclassified to a Serious violation and affirmed as a final order on 8/17/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 9710 Nw 7th Circle Bldg #10 Plantation, FL 33324.
