29 CFR 1910.1200(j)(1): 29 CFR 1910.1200(j)(1): The employer did not train employees regarding the new label elements and safety data sheets format by December 1,2013: Maintenance Shop: On or about March 7, 2017 and at times prior thereto, employees that utilized hazardous chemicals in the workplace such as "Ospho" Rust Inhibitor, were not trained regarding the new labels elements and safety data sheet format. This condition limited employee information to the hazards of chemicals in their workplace.
