29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): In every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial, or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked on plates of approved design which were not supplied and securely affixed by the owner of the building, or his duly authorized agent, in a conspicuous place in each space to which they relate: a) Service Shop: On March 14, 2017 and at times prior, the employer failed to affix a load rating on an office ceiling used to store items such as, but not limited to, tires and a water tank.
