29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: (a) Maintenance Garage- 390 Clairton Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about March 15, 2017, the maintenance garage floor was not kept free from slip hazards due to the roof leaking water onto the garage floor where employees were working.
