29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) A the site, during the course of framing work, employees working on the edge of the building were exposed to fall hazards greater than 25' while working without being equipped with fall protection. b) At the site, during the course of framing work, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 12' while working and positioning themselves between roof trusses over a lower level without being equipped with fall protection. c) At the site, on the second floor, during the course of framing work, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 10' while working on a 3' x 3' level over the stairway opening without fall protection.
