29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):      a)  On March 9, 2017, employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 18.3 feet while performing roofing work to an existing apartment building.    Classic Roofing Repairs Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 459255, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on July 24, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 8305 S. Kedvale Ave., Chicago, IL 60652.
