29 CFR 1910.176(a): Permanent aisles or passageways were not appropriately marked: Warehouse, South, Southeast, and South West areas: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions where there were no markings of permanent aisles or passageways. Absence of markings of permanent aisles or passageways exposed employees to struck-by hazards where mechanical material handling equipment was in use. On and about 03/15/2017, and again on and about 05/16/2017, employees worked in areas where powered industrial trucks and powered pallet jacks were used for loading and unloading storage shelves. Permanent aisles and passageways were not marked.
