29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) Magna Cleaners - On or about March 16, 2017, employees were exposed to shock and electrical hazards from flexible extension cords used to power 110 Volt fixed electrical lighting. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(1): Each exit route was not adequately lighted so that an employee with normal vision can see along the exit route: a) Magna Cleaners - On or about March 16, 2017, several exit routes were not adequately lighted so that employees would be able to exit the building during a power outage.
