Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).

29 CFR 1910.146(d)(2): Under the permit-required confined space program required by 29 CFR 1910.146(c)(4), the employer did not identify and evaluate the hazards of permit spaces before employees enter:    188 Main Street, Agawam, MA: On or about March 15, 2017 the employer had not identified and evaluated the hazards associated with engulfment and thermal hazards prior to entry of the permit required confined space located in the tertiary chamber of boiler #1 exposing employees to engulfment and serious burn injuries.      Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
