On or about March 16, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer allowed his employees to operate and lift large steel beams using  lifting straps place around the mast carriage section or a  JLG / Gradall G9-43A Rough Terrain Forklift when this practice is not recommended and or approved by the manufacture. The employees were thereby exposed to struck by hazards due to the possibility of the failure to the mast carriage.
