Before an authorized or affected employee turns off a machine or equipment, the authorized employee shall have knowledge of the type and magnitude of the energy, the hazards of the energy to be controlled, and the method or means to control the energy.    On or about March 10, 2017, employee(s) did not utilize energy control procedures during servicing and/or maintenance activities of the BOBBIO-CNC-1400 in the F-60 department.  The list of these activities includes, but is not limited to, maintaining set up and replacing an arbor.

On or about March 10, 2017, employee(s) did not operate energy isolating devices so as to isolate energy sources during serving and/or maintenance activities on BOBBIO-CNC-1400 in the F-60 department.
