29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: At the construction site located at 820 Summit Fair Building E in Lees Summit, Missouri: Employees securing aluminum panels to the exterior wall were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18 feet while working from a Genie brand aerial lift, the employees were in the basket without a body belt or lanyard being attached to the basket.
